01 — ABOUT
I'm Arman, Creative Director at E2 Church — one of the fastest-growing churches in Sacramento. I run creative for a 25-ministry organization: brand systems, productions, and campaigns at scale. The work matters to me, but the people making it matter more.
A decade of this has trained me to do one thing better than almost anything else — take a lot of moving pieces and pull them into one focused launch. Designers, photographers, videographers, ad creative, websites, brand systems, all aimed at the same outcome. What hooks me every time is watching a vision come to life and actually take off.
I've spent most of my life around business — running a custom cabinetry floor, starting apps and side projects with friends, building commercial photo and video, and working across industries from tech to nonprofit. Whatever the room, it comes back to using creativity to solve a real problem.
Underneath all of it is my faith. It's the reason I do this in the first place, and it shapes how I lead, how I treat people, and the standard I hold the work to.
I'm married to Corina, and we have a daughter, Eliana. Still figuring plenty of it out, and sharing the journey as honestly as I can.

I run the creative team at E2 Church — strategy, brand, and production for a church that keeps growing. There are a lot of moving parts, and keeping them all pointed at the same outcome is the part I'm best at.
The people are what I care about most, so a lot of my time goes into developing leaders — not just creative ones — helping them build healthy teams, pour into others, and do work that holds up over the long haul.
I create and teach on faith, creativity, and leadership — passing on what I've learned from actually doing the work, not from theory. It's how everything I've built turns into something other people can use.
